Gentle wisdom

Generally, it’s unimaginable for a person to subdue a lion, the king of the jungle, with their bare hands and without any tools.

However, in the Tarot card’s Strength card, we see a woman in white clothing confidently holding the lion’s jaw. She does it with a relaxed posture and expression. The lion, in turn, follows her meekly, as indicated by its tail descending downward.

The lion symbolizes physical and wild strength, primal instincts, and passion.

The woman manages this raw, untamed power with a gentle touch. This signifies the ability to gracefully handle and overcome insurmountable obstacles through non-violent means.

In order to do so, one must first fully acknowledge the fear they currently possess and then summon the courage, determination, and patience to resist succumbing to such pressure.

“You have the strength. Don’t worry!”

You need to drive better!

When it comes to driving a chariot, one must pay attention to the surrounding circumstances while considering the unique nature of the chariot itself. It can only move forward, and it moves at an incredibly high speed. This is why even a slight misdirection can lead to serious consequences.

Here, the sphinxes represent influences other than the protagonist.

While the chariot is controlled by the person driving it, if the two sphinxes don’t run in the same direction but head down separate paths, the chariot won’t be able to move forward. Similarly, the protagonist needs to effectively manage both internal factors, such as their own personality, and external factors like people and the environment that can influence them.

Image Interpretation

  • Curtain – symbolizes the celestial beings who protect and monitor the protagonist.
  • Crown – represents the nobility of spiritual dignity. The laurel wreath beneath it symbolizes victory.
  • Armor – signifies that the power of the chariot stems from strength and conquest.
  • Yoni Linga – The pattern resembling a spinning top represents the balance between the feminine (Yoni) and the masculine (Linga).
  • Sphinxes – They are under the control of the charioteer but represent two opposing choices and directions that can lead him into the unknown world.
